our recent stay in como was truly perfect. le stanze del lago surpassed our expectations with their central location, helpful staff, and self-contained apartment. we loved being within walking distance of everything and having the option to cook. the views and air conditioning were also a plus. highly recommended for a short trip.

The hotel was a good base for enjoying a shopping area, right by the main attractions as well as very quiet with shutters. The room was cosy, new-fashioned on the upper level. Refrigerators, an oven and kitchenware were nice. Thanks to the friendly staff everything was very comfortable, including lots of good food.

The location was perfect for exploring Como, with easy access to the train station and lake attractions. The room was clean and modern, with a nice kitchen and balcony. We loved having two ice cream stores downstairs for a sweet treat. I would recommend this hotel for a local experience in Como.
